Straco has hit 82.5 cents, with PE of 12X ex-cash.
So cheap still and surely on the way to 99 cents for PE of about 14.8X.

Straco today had broke pass 80 cts resistance. How far Straco share price increase will depends on the company able to growths it's top and bottom lines. Can we able to find another stock which can match Straco profit margin:
Gross Profit Margin = 68.8%
Net Profit Margin = 48.6%

Straco top twenty largest shareholders hold 788 million shares (93.27%). There are not many sellers around. There is no occation of short selling into Straco. I will be holding onto Straco for as long as the business is healthy with such wonderful profit margin.

Sykn, Straco is not an "S-chip". The management are Singaporean and Straco business are in China.

The Board of Directors of Straco Corporation Limited (“the Company”) wishes to announce that on l August 2014, the Company has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, Bay Attractions Pte. Ltd. (“Bay Attractions”). Bay Attractions is incorporated in Singapore with an issued and paid-up capital of S$1/-.The main activities of Bay Attractions will be that of an investment holding company.

--> Does the above give a hint of the reason for the rise of Straco stock? Or at least one of many reasons? The company announcement didn't, of course, gv more info but could it be that the subsidiary will hold a new asset in SG? :S
