End-August, Tony Tan bought 269,100 shares (30 cents)
130,900 shares (28 cents).


The CEO, Dr Beng Teck Liang, bought 100,000 shares (28.5 cents).

Almost 2 years later, Singapore Medical Group still hentak kaki at 30 cents.

This is a rare time in the stock mrket and there are stocks that have regained ground. Who's buying?
