The chairman on Friday dumped 19 m shares equiv to 3.49% of the company, as announced today.

It could be that he needs the $. But I am only guessing. He is sending a negative signal ..... People may also think that the company has dim outlook. On the other hand, he is getting strong stakeholders in.
