Just checked dukang's shareholders, shocked to see that 20 shareholders now own 98% of the shares, leaving only 14,367,000 shares for 288 minority shareholders. These 20 shareholders should have bought it at >31cts during IPO period. Dukang will suit Cheong Wee very well as it can be easily traded up...
Translating from the article, it mentions Dukang's revenue is expected to be over RMB 2 Bil for this year. Nowhere close to 10B. I think Dukang is aiming for 10B revenue by 2016 and not a 100B revenue as it will mean growing at exponential rate of over 100% per year
Dukang looks set to be a multi-baggers in 2012. Strong 4Q Result should be the catalyst.
As there could be just around 15 million shares in the market, the price could shoot up rapidly when it starts to catch attention.
Price is only 25% of the peak and it is difficult to further press it down. Likely chance will be pushed upward. It is interesting to note that major shareholders (hold more than 1 million shares) has grown from 13 [2009] to 18 [2010] and now 20 [2012] now controlling 98.2% of the shares. These people seem to know what they are buying
