SERIAL SYSTEM substantial shareholder Goi Seng Hui made his first on-market trade since April 2010, buying 3.762 million shares on June 19 at an estimated 10.6 cents each.
This increased his holdings (direct and deemed) to 99.052 million shares or 11.06 per cent.
The stock had rebounded by 21 per cent from 8.8 cents on May 15. Despite the rebound, the counter, which closed at 10.5 cents on Friday, is still down since 2H February from 12.6 cents.
Sam Goi had acquired 4.58 million shares in April 2010 at an estimated price of 11 cents each and 226,000 shares in January 2005 at an estimated price of 15.5 cents each. (BT)
