Well, the firm does not even need a forecast. A large bulk of revenue have been locked in. Even if the firm is not generating revenue or profit in the future, one can still buy this firm at a significant discount with just purely the existing assets as mentioned in the recent Nextinsight post on Roxy. I guess many are still unaware that the hotel is carried at cost of $65m vs current value of $230+m. Price performance has been weak but its good, I have been accumulating on dips. Hopefully some day people will realize its value.
Roxy has quietly crept up to 37 cents from 30 cents in early Sept, and it still is undervalued.
3Q result should be good as it books more revenue & profit from pre-sold projects.
