If you imagined yourself being Pru, you will think like this: 6% is a big stake, hard to get out, so this company had better be really good investment. i am sure Pru has done its homework, and even had exclusive meetings with management to understand the business fundamentals. Retail investors dont hang around a stock too long. Unfortunately when the stock is a great one, they miss out on the big moves upward.

1Q revenue down 13%, net profit down 22%. I dont think it is cause for alarm, and I am particularly intrigued by this statement on the Q2 prospects (altho the language is fuzzy ) : Mr Bernard Lim, Executive Chairman and CEO of the Group, elaborated, \"We are pleased with Q1 FY2010 results as it was steady, indicating that we are on track with our business growth plans for FY2010. The build up and completion of projects will start to gain its momentum from the next quarter onwards with increasing residential and distribution projects scheduled in Singapore and across Asia.\"
