41.1 million warrants are due to expire in July 2013. Exercise price is 30 cents. If fully exercised, the warrants will bring in S$12.3 million cash for Best World. That's a big pile of money. U think they will let this opportunity slip?? Surely, we will see Best World stock price moving up --- past 30 cents. Should be at least 32 cents, to make it safe for warrant holders to exercise. If my logic is not wrong, then Best World stock has upside of about 50% from here (22 cents ----> 32 cents = 50% upside thereabouts).

BEST WORLD will have to deliver strong 1Q profit growth, otherwise the hope of the stock price going up, the warrants being converted will dim, fade.

There is much at stake.

If the warrants get converted, it's $12.1 m cash for the company. The current market cap is only $45 million, so you can see what a big amount the cash from warrants is. Best World is in a big net cash position of S$28 million currently, and another $12.1 will go nicely to boost the total to $40 million. I don't know of many companies with a market cap of under $100m with that amount of net cash. It's a very interesting stock to watch over the next four months.
