This would be very serious indeed. As a remedy, in my view, the Court can order the dissolution of the company.

Buyout offer at 40 cents announced. As NAV is at 66 cents, this offer is not attractive. Expect KB to kick off share buyback tomorrow to mop up shares (before the offer document is out).
