This one is rock steady. Holding firm at 31-31.5 cents, and that's after 1-cent dividend xd.

The King has slipped to 29 cents. After factoring in 1-c final dividend, it's worth 30 cents to those who bought before xd.

Going forward, the dividend of 1.5 cent + 1.5 cent = 10.3% yield on the stock prx of 29 cents. Looks cool

Be patient. The traders must have been disappointed over the likely delay of KTIS listing. In times like this the IPO may be held back. Agreed, at 29 it is getting more attractive.

Skywood VVIP launch - about $1200 to $1400 plus psf. Prices are expected to come down by about $30K during actual launch according to agent. Looks like prices of property are starting to soften.

Really good information shared by the expert here.

But it is strange that when it was trading around $0.320, many shouted buy buy but now trading at around $0.290, there is not many buyers. www.nextinsight.net/media/kunena/emoticons/unsure.png
