What you said is true. There are too many unknowns about this Company. That's why this is a bet, not an investment.
Having said that, one should not just bet on everything without looking at the existing factors.
That is the joy of stock market.
I would rather study Artivision and explore the possibility of buying this stock, than to consider Singtel, a dead stock in my humble opinion.

Looking shaky now... down from 24.5 cent high today. too many people have profits to take off the table, so I doubt the stock can shoot up some more, if at all. Be careful.
