2nd Liner Prop Stocks

Dear sustainableinvestor, you are into property stocks. How come you don't invest in Hiap Hoe?

Hi sana, Hiap hoe's on my watchlist too due to its high RNAV. However, am still unwilling to put in $ as its proven dividend history isn't good (like what yeh said, about 1%). Will be watching it closely though!

Hiap Hoe is firm at 54.5 cents. I dont doubt that it will be able to breach 60-cent level on 2Q results . Keep a watch on this space.
