Hi Viviene,

I think I recalled last year that they might look at a share buy back program. I agree with Newbiestock that it would probably be a good thing. It also seems to fit their approach well.

Hi newbiestock, Tactician and Viviene!

newbiestock and Tactician, we used to chat on this company on this thread :)

Viviene, I remember you asking me about Silverlake last year :)

And wow you guys are still on this company after a year plus! You guys are really patient in waiting for it :)

MM, you must be v satisfied with Silverlake! I missed it -- just didn't have the conviction. Eratat has the power to be another Silverlake.

Cash per share : 9.6 SGD c (2011) --> 14.7 cents (2012) --> 19.7 cents (2013F).

NTA per share: 36 c (2011) --> 39 cents (2012) --> 46 cents (2013F).

Stock price now 13.8 cents. Cheap, lah!

Good luck for Eratat. I still do not believe in it :unsure:

For the kind of risks, I rather start a second or third business :lol:

But well, who knows, maybe another year from now, it becomes 40 cents? :cheer:

Hello all,

I think that only time will tell how the story will play out. I had accumulated while there was weakness, so just being patient.

Cheers.

Anyone going down for the AGM?
