Why wait for 12 cts? You should wait for 20 cts when funds will take a look.

Wait for buy signal at 12 cts.
It is above 12 cts now. Next stop will be 16 cts before it is pushed up to 20 cts for funds to take over. Warrant (conversion price at 30cts) will expire on 11 Jan 13. Insiders may push price up after that for another issue of warrants?

ANy reason for fund to take a look after 20cent line?

It have been paying dividends for a while with very low PE. I believe at low price will not sustain to long. Once China have confirmed growth return, Eratat may shoot to roof in no time in 2013.

The problem with investors' mind, are always lagging and in denial state. Till things are so clear that a average joe knows is a confirmed recovery in PRC market, price could have quietly ramped up to 30cents on more. As for now, many still adopt a wait and see manner.
