newbiestock: The management has never signalled its inclination to buy back shares. It prefers to devote the money to growing the business. It probably thinks it is pointless to buy back shares. Such are the views of S-chip companies in general.
As for the share price recovery, I venture that it's because the disappointed holders have already exited during the time when the bond news was hot (and disappointing) and in recent times when the stock slumped.
