Worth it to buy at this price now? Giving out 5.05 cents special dividend on top of the 1.25 cents dividend. Adds up to a whopping 6.3cents dividend :blink: But the price now is at a 52 week high.. not sure if it can break above 60 cents..
It\'s an assured and very good yield, but note that the 5.05 c is payable after the deal is completed sometime in May or June (cant rememberwhichone). So u hv a waiting time of about 4 or so months. however, what is enticing is that they said they cld pay out more of the remaining cash proceeds as a dividend (*unless they ccan find some other use for it). read the statement closely if u hv the time.
