Bravo! What a guy! If he failed Math at O-level, and failed English at O level several times .... and then got a distinction in A-level economics and Top 5% in polytechnic course..... many students cannot turn around so fast. William proved early that he is a late bloomer. On top of that, maybe circumstances didnt favor him too well initially but later he matured and worked his way to the top. Juz my 2 c interepreation. (Oops i fail spelliing test!) :laugh:
William did not have a Mentor in the beginning and was marginalized by his circumstances. It was lucky that he was transformed by a Paradigm Shift rather than being further abused by Pendulum Swing. Even Minister MA has Minister Mentor LEE. Before the mentoring, he LOST his battle to Street SMART MP Chiam who later did not become Minister due to the lack of a personal Minister Mentor. Regardless of being talented or UNtalented, Personal Mentor is the KEY to Personal Career Success for everyone. :woohoo:
