there is low liquidity at the current moment because of several reasons. - We currently do not have a market maker, hence, there are no buy or sell bids being put up by anyone. We are in the process of getting one and will keep investors informed of the outcome. - The first ADR was only created couple of days ago, hence there are very little ADRs currently in circulation.

With lots of earnings growth to come. And the Q3 results are coming on Nov 14. Better be good, or else...

Longer-term investors who accept that Sinotel will have a very busy 2009, 2010 and 2011 will buy into the stock at this current level. Cos PE only about 5X now. Short-term traders.... mmmm.Can\'t comment. The market can be quite siao.:laugh: But this morning, Sinotel and the rest of the market have a chance to go up.... Why? U see what the Dow has done! Up 200+ points! Market maker is a stock broker who provides quotes for buy and sell. He hope to make a profit on the bid/offer spread.
