Pursuant to queries made earlier today, the Board has received information that an unrelated third party has been in talks with the Company’s executive directors, namely, Mr Joe Lau and Mr Zee Hoong Huay, in their respective personal capacity, on a possible transaction that involves the acquisition of a portion of the existing shares of the Company beneficially owned by them, which transaction if proceeded with could result in such third party acquiring a controlling interest (i.e., at least 15% interest) in the Company. The Company has been further informed that the discussions are
at an exploratory stage.
