Thumbs up to a diet based on fruits and vegetables, which are sources of natural bioactive compounds with pro-health properties. 

Pay close attention to apigenin  -- which is present in significant amount in vegetables (parsley, celery, onions) fruits (oranges), herbs (chamomile, thyme, oregano, basil), and plant-based beverages (tea, beer, and wine)
