Why was there a surge in vol. traded today to 1.251 million shares? Something's brewing, I sense.

NAV increased to 52.43 cents as of June 2015. Broadway, with possible takeover by external parties, is cheap and should attracting attention on the quiet. Original controlling boss Mr Wong passed away in March this year and .....his daughter probably inherited the share ownership and would be keen to sell if the price is right. Possible G.O. ? Share price only 21 cents

Will special dividend of 8.5 cents a share be announced soon? Only a few days more, I guess. Last year, results were out on 25 Feb.

Announced -- 3 trading days (Monday), Tuesday and Wednesday CD 8.5 cent dividend.
