The time has come for Fibretech to rise to great heights.
Only 3.7 cents now, is cheap cheap. 10 cents akan datang?
Company has guided for strong results: "....the group is optimistic that the business will pick up in FY2014. Based on feedback and enquiries from our more upbeat customers, the
management expects the Company to remain profitable in FY2014."
Nava -- so far no share buybk but my gut feel is that SOMETHING is brewing. Positive lah. Just look at the daily volumes , so high, and the stock price is on uptrend slowly. Perhaps it will burst thru the resistance level of 4 cents SOON.
I am not good at TA but my friends say the TA is looking strong for Fibretech. In a quiet marketliketoday, the vol is very strong for Fibretech and it's reached 4.1 cents. Trading stock for those who don't buy the FA. haha... I will hold till 8 cents, on FA grounds
The Company is currently undergoing advanced negotiations with a potential third party buyer regarding the sale of land and building located at No. 37 Xingdong Road, Xinglin District, Xiamen City, The People’s Republic of China (the “Land”), owned by the Company’s wholly subsidiary, Shishi Simwa Knitting & Dyeing Co., Ltd. As there has been no industrial activities carried out on the Land for a period of time, the Management is of the view that the local government could potentially acquire the Land for its
further development and that such government acquisition is likely to be imminent based on recent contact with government officials, (unofficial) indications and information from the tenants of the building who have moved out. As at the date of this announcement, no contract has yet been entered into with the potential
buyer and there is no certainty that such discussions or negotiations will proceed beyond the negotiation stages or result in any transaction.
-- The Company's response is not clear. Why would a 3rd party be keen to buy the land fr Fibretech when govt action to acquire it is "imminent"?
-- If some tenants hv moved out because they read the govt's intention to acquire the land, why would a 3rd party be keen to buy the land?
