User not yet approved by admin / moderator

Hi admin,
I do not know why I cannot view my own user profile. The error message returned kept telling me that my account is not yet approved! Here is the actual message:

This user has not yet confirmed his email address and account!
This user has not yet been approved by a moderator!
I believe I have already confirmed my email address and account. If I have not done so, how can I confirm it now? (I cannot find the original account confirmation link in my email... I may have it deleted already). Please help me look into this problem... thanks! Alvin.

Hi Alvin, thanks for yr feedback. It's a matter that has been around quite a long time. We have had other readers gv similar feedback but we couldn't do anything abt it. In any case, it has not been an obstacle to reading and posting on the forum.

Now, we have decided to migrate to another platform. We should not have such an issue in thenew place, in a week or 2.
