i would suggest you pick up value, like DBS, noble or maybe sembmarine.
i believe you see profit in days ahead.
if you dont like penny , like i do, except to trade. you keep your sanity in blues chips.
Why not other counter, but blues? why not other, because you are buying at STI 2800, u see higher price even if u got stuck here , someday STI will be 4000, u see profit. and u got div, which all here said they like it.
But that i cannot said for your s-chip, penny or mid cap, or the like.
but u still have to have a stop loss, so enable if mkt crash to get out to buy cheaper later.
never buy value so called small counter,
property may slow, but did u see the chart from 10 feet away, it is always up.
can u create more land, by recalmation, but ppl get more, they need house.
i think property counter are good, long term always up.
buy capitaland..i remember i bought this at 1.5 in 2oo8 and sold for huge profit.
and kepland, and my properties, have since more than triple for some.
buy property for long term, never wrong.

I haven’t heard of UE E&C ( how to remember such a name ? ) but looks like a normal property construction co. , biz mostly in Spore. Don’t you think property development will slow down in tiny Spore soon? I think private residential prices are already a bubble.
If you are looking at long term, why not check out co. which are in global markets, esp those which are highly scalable? Check out OSIM ( note I am vested ) as they target rich people (like you ) who always have $$$ to spend.
As for trading, I am waiting for your TTI to short if it goes up too high one day lol. Otherwise I do nothing.

I only have two S-Chips lah. Foreland ave pr 9.5 cts ( 0.3 cts div coming ) which I bought recently and Eratat ave pr 8.5 cts which I bought early 2009 ( longest S-Chip I ever kept ) but already collected 2 cts div plus anothe 0.5 cts coming. Anyway, I have sold more than half along the way, so they are now FOC lah. But still have chance as both PER 2X with dividends.
But you are right , kena stuck so please ask your trader friends to ramp them up haha. But may still keep Eratat as will give CEO another chance lah as only made mistakes lately.
