The bb is pressing down the price from 37 cts to 26 cts to collect cheap.
@26cts the pe is 4 & the pb si 70, refers to half year results.
On 26 March UOBkh has a target price of 51 cts for this stock. It is now a very under value stock. So follow the bb and collect cheap and wait for the price to trend north.
