The foremost reason is its an S chip. Investors/speculators are worried that the cash (worth 20cents) are not there. Secondly, revenue has been decreasing. Thirdly, management keep giving out shares to dilute eps (when they make mobey). Fourthly, they are not serious about share buy back. They only bought 100 lots of shares from me at $0.035 at $3,500 (how cheapskate can a company get?). Fifthly, fabric is a terrible business. So why do I still buy? Because I believe they have 20cents per share in cash. I sold the 100 lots cos I needed some cash . Haha.

CHINA Fibretech 2011 annual report is out. The Group generated net cash from the operations, which resulted in higher cash and bank balances in FY2011. cash on hand increased to RMB 439 (2011) from RMB 353.0(2010)

As I cant attend the AGM, can someone pls voice out the discontentment from the minority shareholders during the AGM?
Take this company private and they can list in HK.
Return back our hard-earned money.
Bloody company has so much cash, yet share price is 3x.  Really upset!

CFT seemed to be affected by the penny rally. It went up by 0.03 cents or 12.5% to $0.036 at a long-time unseen volume 549000 shares
