A subst. shareholder, Sampoerna Forestry, has bought another 315,000 shares. Stake has grown to 39.81%. Just saw it announced tonight.

in the management's own words, Samko has good business operations with long term sustainable growth prospects, very strong technology. They are straight-forward people who do not "manipulate" financial numbers to look good.

they got strong product pipeline. going into prefab housing development for mining co's and plantation. 2Q2012 net profit up 25% at about S$3m.
