Sunray has been told to make an exit offer by the SGX. Will be delisted. The NAV is 5 cents, stock is 1 cent. But there is not much meat left. The company is losing cash, the business is sick. I don't think it's worth the risk buying any shares now and hope for a higher exit offer. Just my 2 yuan worth.

The board of directors (the “Board”) of Superior Multi-Packaging Limited (the “Company”)
refers to the substantial increase in the price and trading volume of the Company’s shares
on 27 and 28 June 2012.

The Board wishes to advise that the Company is currently in preliminary exploratory
discussions with a party on an initiative involving the shares of the Company, which may or
may not lead to an offer being made for the Company.

Superior Multi Packaging now at 11 cents, is at 50% discount to NAV of 23 cents.

Aside from the NAV discount, I wonder what any Offeror sees in this business which doesnt exactly have massive profits to show every year.
