Based on a list of stocks going ex-dividend in April prepared by UOB on March 31, telecommunications solutions provider Nera Telecom will pay out a dividend of 4 cents a share on April 26, representing the highest yield on the list at 9.76%. Nera Tel trades at 41 cents and has a market cap of $145 million. Meanwhile, electronics company Elec & Eltek -- which trades at US$3.39 each with a market cap of US$626 million ($790 million) -- will pay a dividend of US 25 cents per share on April 4, representing a yield of 7.37%.
Fundamentally:OKP Holdings (OKP SP; S$0.65; BUY; TP S$0.98) - The stock that we have been championing, OKP, has secured a S$61.7m design-and-build contract from LTA. This latest contract is the third contract win since year to date.
OKP’s total new order wins this year make up 63% of our higher than consensus 2011 new order book assumption (S$150m).
OKP’s current S$376m order book can last till FY2014. The group’s familiarity with design-and-build projects will place it in good slate in winning future projects that will be more complex. Maintain BUY and TP remains at S$0.98, peg 10x CY12 earnings.
