Observer X, I don't think Qingmei will do any clarification, unless is force to. As firstly the article is talking about the interview of securtity at the Qingmei industrial park. Who has no direct influnce of the company decision and even management information are not at his sight, so anything ask they can just reply unaware of it. Secondly, the article is talking about the funding request from the city secretary which they have apply from the centre for financial change to improve the funding of the industries. Thus it would be good if this financial change is approve and more funds can be flow in for the shoe industrial to continue, it will also bring along Qing mei business, thus they is no point for them to denied the report and create hurdles for the financial change.
my opinion, something bad must have happened to Q. the worst part is Q management never announce nor respond to all these "rumours". lets's hope its cash was real and is still there. if not, .....
