Likelihood of New Year Rally?

I sold gaoxian after that krx, and I didn't monitor it since. I was lucky I missed the near death of trading suspension. I cannot comment since I have not followed it anymore. So sorry, it doesn't fit into my investment approach anymore.

Tapering will be postponed as the US economy was weakened by the govt shutdown and standoff over the debt ceiling.

I suspect there is a chance of a strong year - end rally + New Year rally. Prepare for one ...... small caps will do well.
