Hankore (5.5 cents) and Anchun (11.3 cents) --- there is quite a lot of accumulation going on, imho. Their businesses are recovering, according to my kakis.

Leader Env may be another turnaround story. It has completed the development of total solution for air pollution control and raised some funds lately to tender for big projects in 2H.
We may see big projects coming in, as the new china gov has recently allocated huge funds to combat air pollution.
Is GSS Energy a potential turnaround story (8.8 cents currently).? Taken a hit because of Indon cancellation but there is a cheap asset they bought in return fr Petral Java. Check it out.
