This is a cheongster. Heard that BB, aka Tan Kim S., has bought into ecoWise.
I don't know if true. And I don't know what he sees in this stock.

SINGAPORE, July 20 (Reuters) - Shares of Singapore environmental services provider EcoWise Holdings <ECOW.SI> surged as much as 12 percent on Wednesday to the highest intra-day level since September last year after annnouncing it is in talks related to clean technology.
At 0124 GMT, EcoWise shares were up 10 percent at S$0.152 on a volume of 5.5 million shares, around four times the average daily volume so far this year.
The firm said on Tuesday it is currently in advanced stages of negotiations with various parties that are mainly focused on providing and facilitating clean technology development.
"People are expecting it to boost their business, though the company hasn't provided more details," said a local trader.
