The warrant is very undervalued at 41 cents. Technics Oil is now 86 cents. Conversion price is 25 cents. 41 cents plus 25 cents = 66 cents only. More room for the warrant to go up.
realistically, there is still a long road ahead as the warrants can only be exercised in Dec 2016. It's another 2.5 years of holding. Assuming the mother share price didn't rise further, the warrant will cheong like mad % wise if there were only a few more months to conversion.
In the meantime, there will always be a discount, but the warrant will rise with the mother and fall with it too.
Agree with LOUHAN. Obviously, the independent director & audit committee chairman Ong Siew Peng is of the same view as he has just bought 30,000 warrants at 44 cents.
