Generally, I wouldn’t be too excited about S-Chip quarterly results as they are not audited. The financial year end audited results is more imported, even then they are not 100% as it depends on the quality of the auditors.
As for using charts to predict S-Chips, can’t understand why investors do this when even predicting Blue Chips is tough. Similarly, just using financial analysis to assess/buy S-Chips can lead to a painful trap. Unfortunately, many smart/educated but inexperienced investors fall into this trap. If just using FA will succeed, then most can quit their day jobs. ( One in five working adults has tertiary qualifications and would have no problems understanding financial statements )
