Well said. While the price was sliding from 50cts to 30+cts, and knowing that the stock is trading at very low PE, the logical thing to do is to continue buying more. However, the panic and self doubt creeped in given the negative report and when you see the price slide on a daily basis.
The recent upswing suddenly give you confident and exuberance. Nothing has really changed much during this period but our psychology went through a roller coaster ride.

Sino Grandness incorp 1 company in HK and 1 in Cayman Islands. How do these relate to IPO of Garden Fresh? Can't they just list the current subsi Garden Fresh?
Essentially I believe that an incorporation could be tax/legal/finance reasons. Furthermore, thinking ahead, such an incorporation will help with restructuring should the need arises.
Being fairly inexperience, I believe this move is to tie up some loose ends before the listing.
