From Dec to Dec, this stock has stayed flat. Why? I suggest it's the high PE.

Voyage Research forecast is 25X FY2013 earnings. FY14 earnings per share will be slightly lower than fy13 (because of dilution from share issue for M&A).

Why should Q&M stock price move up?
