About two weeks ago, i read somewhere (cannot remember exactly where) that there are 10 companies like sinotel in China. So it is not a monopoly. What is sinotel\'s ranking amongst its Top 10 competitors? What is sinotel\'s marekt share, its strengths and weaknesses? Will sinotel get most of the projects all the times? Thanks
agree totally.. sometimes, better to be big fish small pond than small fish big pond... Sinotel has had a great performance and no doubt could be a $0.75 stock... my only point is that it is not that kind of stock for the long term keppel corp because there are many similar companies doing the same thing in China... their difference probably is where they are listed...
Someone told me that Private Placement shares have a 1-Year SALE Restriction. Otherwise, Private Placees can SELL the highly DIScounted Privately Placed Shares for a GOOD QUICK PROFITS. This is Extremely Detrimental to both the Company and the shareholders. Another GAME by the privately placed Major Shareholders is to SELL existing share holding for a GOOD QUICK PROFIT while awaiting for their Highly DIScounted Private Placement Shares. I am NOT aware that SGX has similar 1-Year SALE RESTRICTION on DIScounted Private Placement Shares....:woohoo:
