Did you notice that on last Friday and yesterday -- ie, Monday -- Koh Bros did share buybacks at higher prices of 22 and 22.5 cents? Maybe they read your posts LOL. Anyway, it's a good market signal for me.

Hmmm... Koh Bros didn't do any buyback yesterday and the day before. As I noted in an earlier post, my concern is that Koh Bros will not help to push up the stock. It's 21 cents or nothing for them. Like that how?
Wonder how Parc Olympia's 1st weekend of sales is doing now.... Wouldnt be surprised if it does well, as the sentiment is still there. These last few years will be rememberd as the period when anybody who invested in property made $. That's why you seen all these agents and investors boasting about their capital gains in the newspapers. Reminds me of the Internet boom -- newspaper articles were full of stories of people who made hundreds of % in Internet stocks. U know what happened to these stocks....
The time will come when property boom will be a thing of the past.
It's a rational strategy by erelation --- assume the mother share is being held back by concerns over warrant dilution. buy the mother share at below 25 cents.... if warrant dilution doesn't happen in Dec 12, the mother share will be liberated, will rise ..... then you can sell Yongnam for a profit.
If for some reason, the stock price does go up before Dec 12, you still make money buying the mother share.
