rent savings of $2.5 mil from fy2022 onwards.

1. Clear turnaround company.

Fy'19 - loss $2.1 mil
Fy'20 - profit $4.7 mil
Fy'21 (half year) - profit $6.5 mil
Half year profit was 38.8% higher than Fy'20.

2. Ready Mixed Concrete sector - positive management comment

Operation at optimal level and increasing capacity by 50% from 800000m3 to 1200000m3. on the back of China economic recovery.

3. Warehouse sector - positive comment:

The higher demand against limited warehouse space resulted in optimal utilisation and better rental rate.

4.Rent saving - Lease renewal at 30 Pioneer Rd.

A saving of $2.5 mil expected.

5. Divestment of van der Horst

Improve cash flow, safe management time n improve profitability by the reduction of losses.
