2) June 2020 - 2 coffee shops, 3 industrial canteens n 1 restaurant
3) 26 June 2020 - acquisition of 25% share of 925 Yishun Central
4) 30 June 2020 - completion of the acquisition of coffee shop at Block 347 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 3 #01-2150

The above acquisitions are likely to have positive impacts on Kimly bottomline further down the road.
Next year n the year after, we are likely to see a dramatic change in bottomline.

OUTLET MANAGEMENT DIVISION

Under our Outlet Management Division, the Group operates and manages 65 coffee shops and four industrial canteens under the Kimly brand and a third party brand, and three food courts under the foodclique brand. With our proven and established track record as a food outlet operator, we have been able to attract quality and anchor tenants with whom we have forged strong longstanding relationships.

As at the date of this report, Kimly maintained a healthy occupancy rate of 98% for a total of over 500 stalls within our managed food outlets.

Catering to a broad and varied customer base and supported by our Central Kitchen, the Groups 135 stalls, a Kanaaji Japanese Tonkatsu food stall, two Tonkichi restaurants and nine Rive Gauche confectionery shops under our Food Retail portfolio comprises:
