M&A completed. Time to take position?

Will the drought turn into lots of showers of gold? How will the China direct-selling market turn out for Best World?

The stock is attracting some nibbling:
+1 cent ---> 22 cents. Volume 256,000 as of now.

If I am not wrong, that 22 cts trade was only for 1 lot trading.

I am just wondering who are the parties to such a trade? For the buyer, the break even for this trade is 27.5 cts (using internet trading), if go through brokers even worse at least 30 cents. For the seller, the net selling price is 19.5 cents after brokerage, how to make profit if it is a retail customer.

My observation is that there are many such 1 lot trade in the market nowadays, wonder what are they for?
