I read that the placement price was 10ct & not 10.9ct.

The sheer size of warrants, almost double existing shares, and the exercise price of 10 cents iirc, will cap any meaningful gains. IMHO.

Any meaningful gain can only come after the warrants are mostly exercised or expired
