Stamford Land successfully completes
Stage 1 launch for Macquarie Park Village
· All 379 units on offer snapped up on 1st day of sales to public
· AUD250M sales achieved sets a new record for the Macquarie Park precinct
SINGAPORE, Thursday 7 November 2013 – All 379 units offered were snapped up on Macquarie Park Village’s first day of sales to the public, marking the successful Stage 1 launch of Stamford Land Corporation’s latest residential development.
With an average of AUD10,000 per square metre achieved, the total sales of AUD250 million reached
on 2 November sets a new record for the Macquarie Park precinct.
A home-grown name built from scratch, Stamford Land is Australasia’s largest owner-operator of luxury 5-star hotels as well as developer of top-tier, landmark residential and commercial properties.
Stamford’s Executive Director Mr Ow Yew Heng noted: “We are pleased to see the exceptionally strong demand under the Stage 1 launch for Macquarie Park Village.
