Since 2006 with Bintan Lagoon, nothing much has happened to Gallant. But next month, Nov, it will be totally different with the opening of Lagoi Bay Mall & Marketplace, quite similar to Phuket, with seafood aplenty and vibrant atmosphere. Gallants's seaside villa also just launched, 400k for 1 room unit while the 2 mil plus units are all fully sold out. Gallant with land size a quarter of Singapore is a real bargain at 0.29. Expect it to run to 0.50 in 2 months time. Its high time Nextinsight runs a feature on Gallant rather than the same S chips.
