LOL....tatz wat they hope =>.....needless to say fundin project is done by hk hsbc n 2 local bank in PRC to fully support on gov. c.i.c projects oni....sinotel hav collected progress payment n deposit but final payment of 60+% is around 4mth lata...CONFIRM C.I.C CHK WONT BOUNCE.....if u r e back boss or board members....wil u spend everyting on wat u hav recieve fm c.i.c or e banks...................they wil apply e same system payment for their main sub cable companys n in short is their whole buildin cost is to sinotel at a veri comfortable level tatz e board can manage..................all those company tatz supply basic fundamental neeeded stuff wil b more than hapi to let sinotel hold payment base on D3W profile in PRC 3G project......they remember n knw tatz nw time outside is quite bad.........so Big Boss pay chk is stil fm prc gov...GIVEN OUT n APPROVED fm jan 09 to at least rmb 280 Billion.....wil up another rmb50billion to 150billion again ONCE 3G is set to upgrade to 3.5/4G...............................TRULY no worries to al bro n sis....my investment team hav done our homwrk on sinotel veri veri in their present business fundamental value N CASH FLOW issue.....jus value buy n hold til merry christmas for \'09 n \'10........CHEERS n SLP WELL....jus check for latest news once every few dae wil do....shuishui wil stick my ass out for this counter til 20mth fm march \'09............we shal reap watz we sow nw...................... *(@-@)*
