Viz Branz halted trading 31 July 2013......What is happening, other than acceptance of 5.5% & not able to cross the 90% level to take company "PRIVATE".

I thought there is a revised offer of 81.5 cents by the offeror. Now the ball is on the court of Lam Soon, would they continue to challenge the offeror to buy in the market. This morning some trades were done at 82 cents.
