Azzaramich, i am a Dukang shareholder so i certainly have a bias opinion. Nonetheless, here's my opinion:
I don't think baijiu market is declining permanently and the decline is not as serious as most people think (Kweichow Moutai first quarter profit is still growing 21%).
The curtailing of spending by the government affects all luxury products manufacturers (baijiu, watchmakers, bags, etc) but the ones that are hit the hardest are companies that target the high end customers. The mid to low market (which Dukang are targeting) are still growing.
1Q results lai liao. Sometime next week?
If Dukang shows it is unaffected by ban on high-end liquour in government events, it will regain confidence of investors.
