ChinaFish..it\'s time to wake up

This is my 2nd time buying S-Shares-ChinaFish

The first time I bought share was in 2007 also this counter called ChinaFish and like all beginners I made good profits in 2007 buying at $2.20 and selling off at $4.80 in May 2007 resulting in doubling profit of about $52000($4.80-2.20×20,000ie my cost was about $44000(20000@$2.20 excluding brokerage) verses sale proceeds $96000(20000@$4.80… Today I went in to buy base on same broker’s recommendation to buy 50000@$0.625,about $31,250 excluding brokerage,will I make good profit again.I am using part of my previous profit($52000) to buy in this depressed market. I understand now that ChinaFish is proposing 1 for 10 bonus issue ie if U’ve 10,000 shares they will give U 1 shares .Similarly in 2007 the co propose 1 for 2 stocksplit which works like for every 1 share held U get another share.this time round I hope ChinaFish can soar past $1.00 in the next few months bearing no great market crash.will I be correct again,any comments?:ohmy: :kiss: :) :)

The Fish has shaken some lethargy...now trading a post March high at 64.5cts ahen STI tested 1400 level,but ChinaFish with impending bonus shd remain resilient as Board has approved bonus in lieu of dividends to conserve cash:lol:

Please note. The bonus has NOT yet been approved by shareholders. I think this should be one of the resolutions to be tabled at the upcoming AGM.

Likely will approve since this bonus is to compensate for dividend forgone that is in lieu of the dividends:P should\'nt we be accumulating...once approved and b4 ex ChinaFiah will spike up

Pal, let\'s wait for the AGM first. There are some questions I would like to ask Management. This is not so much about share price to me. I own part of the business and I would like to see it heading in the right direction over the medium-term. Share prices in the short term don\'t mean anything to me. As long as profits steadily increase and the company has sufficient cash to grow the business, I will feel much better. Cheers.
