Elektromotive is a loser. Why champian a loser. Company total shares run into billions but annual revenue is just over 10 million. NAV is droping yearly. Latest result NAV is only 0.2 cts. Should not promote this stock in this platform.
Thank you 'guest' for highlighting the 2 points. I decided to look a little into this company, and I think a pertinent pt is :
1. Elektromotive effectively paid S$7.9 million for its stake in the UK subsidiary. It has just sold at S$10.8 m cash = S$2.9 m profit.
When will the deal be closed and the cash collected by Elektromotive? The answer will be known only when the EGM circular is issued.

I think the key points are : 1) company's intention to buy back shares and 2) a commitment to pay dividends. At current price of .004 cts I believe the risk to be low. - joseph
Hi,
The count is still trying to change. From PAN-MEDIA publication until now...10 over years already.
Not to be unkind to Mr. Ricky Ang Gee Hing , I guess he had give his best.
Moving forward, I guess he need to release and let a more dynamic and well connected to chart the next cycle of growth.
The company had inherited a promising growth industry but no new technique/rollout to chart the growth forward.
No announcement of any for the past 1 year related to growth, only lawsuit and further distraction.
Until some noticable evidence, otherwise it is still trying....
bye
